Hi just wanted to say a big thank you to all the staff at this place. We have been through some really difficult times over the last few years and while it was tough for me I had to take some items in to pawn so we could pay bills and buy food some weeks. Recently I was diagnosed with cancer and had to undergo major surgery - I let the staff know I may not be in for a while but asked them to hold on to precious sentimental items for me. Thankfully I am now recovering at home but many of these places get bad reputations for ripping people off all I can say is if you pay on time or try to pay a little extra when you can then the staff take all of this in to consideration and will bend over backwards to help you.
