- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Ive never taken the time to write a review of any business before, no matter how good or bad the service has been... I am GENUINELY so impressed by this small company that I feel compelled to tell everyone.
Ive been living in Bristol for almost 15 years and do a lot of driving so as you can imagine have dealt with a huge number of garages in that time... I recently had engine problems with my van and happened to accidentally stumble on this guys website... and Im so pleased that I did.
I drove to the garage and was immediately confronted by who I believe was the owner with a huge and welcoming smile on his face... I immediately felt that I was in safe hands and began to talk him through the problems with the van.
He was incredibly professional and the garage was very well organised, clean and tidy. As I cycled away, for the first time in a long time I had complete confidence that this mechanic was genuine and for real and that he wasnt going to rip me off.
I simply couldnt believe it when he called me back a couple of hours later knowing exactly what the problem was and exactly how much it was going to cost... he had even worked out the VAT!
The price I paid for the diagnostic and work to be carried out was INCREDIBLY cheap and I had my van back the same day - in a cleaner condition than when I left it!
