- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★They ruined my ring by polishing all of the ruthenium coating off when I asked for it to be cleaned. The bloke sat in the corner then proceeded to blame me and said that Id never get my money back for it and that hed done a good job for only a fiver. I was clearly upset as such a sentimental item had been spoiled and there was zero sympathy. Apparently they had never seen a ring with the same kind of coating on before. Not only were they brutal in their lack of customer service when I was clearly distressed and upset but they seem to lack the required knowledge to be jewellers in the first place. My ring is a Clogau ring so not exactly unusual. Dont ever go there!By Admin, August 15, 2017
