- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆I recently purchased a new bed from this company, the quality of the product is excellent and there can be no complaint on this aspect, however the service provided by the company has been abysmal. We were contacted less than 24 hours before the delivery time to inform us that the gold damask finish we had ordered could not be provided and we were offered 2 alternatives, one that we accept a bed with a silver damask finish and a reduction in price or wait a further 8 weeks for the one we had originally ordered 8 weeks previously. This surprised us as each item is supposedly made to order, given very little choice we accepted the change of colour as a further 8 week wait was too much. On the day of the delivery the first thing the driver said was Im sorry but we cant take away your old bed as promised due to his van being full he was extremely keen for us to cancel the order for some reason, after reducing my wife to tears, we accepted the delivery after the company promised to remove the bed at a later date. This is the first and last time I will use Oak Tree and would strongly recommend you look elsewhere.By Admin, August 05, 2018
