- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Shocking, shocking, shocking. We have been completely conned, over charged, lied to and have had to go to the ombudsman. Please, just do not go there. They now want £1780.00 to release us from the contract. Get everything in writing because they say things on the phone to appease you and it is more often than not, not recorded. They ask for 28 days to deal with any complaint, it took 5 months for us to realise they were spinning a yarn while our bill was twice the promised amount. Not good enough and should be put out of business. Search the reviews online as there are many others in my position.By edwardhumphrey, May 24, 2020
