- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Promised the earth and delivered about 60% of the scope they verbally agreed to.
Did the bare minimum and had to be asked back several times (without final payment) to complete/re-do badly finished or unfinished work.
Happy with what they eventually did do from a structural perspective but lets say Ive spend about £40 on Polyfiller.
The biggest kick in the teeth was the promise of a FENSA certificate for windows and door only to be told it takes 6 weeks for the certificate. Upon having multiple calls and texts ignored, when I reported them to FENSA it turned out that they are not registered with them and are therefore not able to provide them - so was not happy with the dishonesty.
They were the cheapest quote I had for the job but to be honest, I wish Id paid more to get it done stress free, complete and with certification.By nickbaillie, November 27, 2017
